Is a Chilean Spice with smoky and spicy flavor, traditional condiment of the “Mapuche” cuisine. Is is made from a dried and smoked chili variety called “Cacho de Cabra”, which is ground with toasted coriander seeds and salt.
Our pure Spanish Saffron is considered by many the most precious & expensive spice in the world. The stigmas are derived from a small purple crocus and must be carefully hand picked and dried; an extremely valuable, delicate and labor intensive process. It is specially used on marinades, seafood, with meats and paellas.
