- Our carnaroli rice is grown and produced following artisanal methods since1986 in Isola della Scala, Verona Italy.
- The region has humid climate and Access to pristine natural water; ideal for rice cultivation.
- The rice is kept in “sylos” and it’s only packed upon request to maintain its integrity and freshness.
- 100% Italian rice with a natural irrigation system.
- Gluten free.
- Ideal starch content, less refined to help keep it’s firmness during cooking (doesn’t need to be stirred constantly).
