SHIPPING & HANDLING

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE EVOO?

​

All of our orders are shipped from Norcross, GA. Once your item ships, we will send you a tracking number. Each EVOO bottle is carefully packaged to ensure that it arrives safely. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivered. 

​

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

​

We are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST. All orders placed by 10am EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am will ship the following day. Please allow 2 -6 business days after shipment for your order to arrive.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


We are working on it! Stay tuned.

IS MY PERSONAL AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SAFE?


Absolutely! We partnered up with Squareup.com, the most used encrypted security merchant site on the web.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?


After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, where you will be able to check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.

DO YOU REPLACE DAMAGED BOTTLES OF EVOO?

At Pure Chilean, we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you receive a shipment that was damaged in transit, please reach out to info@purechilean.com. We will discuss your order and determine the best option for replacement. 

 

I ACCIDENTALLY SHIPPED MY ORDER TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS.

WILL YOU SHIP ANOTHER ORDER TO ME?

Please review all shipping information before submitting your order. If an error has been made, please contact us immediately to info@purechilean.com to see if we can adjust the order. Once we ship a package to the listed address, we cannot be held responsible for re-sending a duplicate order.

CUSTOMER IN ANOTHER STATE?
