Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced
on basis of own first quality olives and of different
oil varieties: Arbequina, Arbosana, Korinenki, Leccino,Frantoio
and Picual. However, we also process olives selected
from the best orchards of other Chilean latitudes, which
vary from the valley of Copiapó in the north
up to Talca in the South.
Our objective is to reach the best quality of oil on
basis of the different geographical zones and varieties
and so to count with monovarietals that allow us to
elaborate blends of greater complexity. By the variety-
zone combination we are in conditions to offer a wide
range of products to satisfy the highest levels of demand
of our clients in the US.
The selection of fruit coming from outside our orchards
we carry out in function to the richness of its variety,
its geographical zone and its ripeness state. For this
we support in a modern laboratory installed in our oil
mill in the Farm San Mariano.
