Our cattle enter the feedlot weighing between 300 to 350 kg and an age between 12 to 14 months. We follow a balanced process of feeding to ensure that each animal increases weight according to age, while at the same time keeps them calm in stress free environment to obtain after at least 400 days in feedlot a product of exceptional quality.

The cattle is fed on specialty balanced and formulated natural foods in the best Kobe style formulations. Free of hormones, antibiotics and animal protein.

All our cattle have traceability from the origin.

The whole process is done under highest European standards and strictly controlled by the Chilean National Agricultural Service.

Feedlot capacity should reach around 30,000 heads by 2011.
